For the tenth consecutive year, whistleblower attorney Jason Zuckerman is a contributing author to an ABA monograph on the whistleblower protection provisions of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.  This annual update is published by the American Bar Association Section of Labor and Employment Law Committee on Federal Labor Standards Legislation.

The monograph addresses the Dodd-Frank Amendments to SOX Section 806, the scope of SOX coverage and protected conduct, individual liability, administrative exhaustion, criminal liability under Section 1107, prohibited forms of retaliation, the burden-shifting framework under Section 806, the pleading standard governing Section 806 claims, preliminary orders of reinstatement, and remedies under Section 806.
