Article Reports on Petition to Strengthen Whistleblower Rights

A Reuters article titled “Labor Department asked to ban gag clauses for whistleblowers” reports on a rulemaking petition filed by whistleblower law firm Zuckerman Law and the Government Accountability Project calling on the Department of Labor to bar companies from requiring employees to sign agreements containing de facto gag clauses.
