Whistleblower Attorney Eric Bachman Will Speak at ABA Conference

Whistleblower and employment discrimination lawyer Eric Bachman to speak at the American Bar Association’s 11th Annual Labor and Employment Law Conference from November 8-11, 2017.  Bachman and other experts will speak on November 9, 2017 in Washington, DC about “Federal Employee Rights and Responsibilities in a Changing Civil Service Landscape.”  Specifically, the panelists will offer insights on proposed reforms and restructuring to the federal civil service workforce.  Topics will include:

Bachman recently co-authored a guide for federal employee whistleblowers titled The Whistleblower Protection Act: Empowering Federal Employees to Root Out Waste, Fraud and Abuse and is available for download by clicking here.The goal of the guide is to inform federal employees about the whistleblower rights and protections available under the Whistleblower Protection Act, as amended by the Whistleblower Protection Enhancement Act and the Follow the Rules Act.
