Whistleblower Attorney Eric Bachman Will Speak at ABA Conference

Whistleblower and employment discrimination lawyer Eric Bachman to speak at the American Bar Association’s 11th Annual Labor and Employment Law Conference from November 8-11, 2017.  Bachman and other experts will speak on November 9, 2017 in Washington, DC about “Federal Employee Rights and Responsibilities in a Changing Civil Service Landscape.”  Specifically, the panelists will offer insights on proposed reforms and restructuring to the federal civil service workforce.  Topics will include:

• emerging whistleblower issues in the federal government;
• employment discrimination issues related to LGBT protections for federal employees;
• political speech in the workplace under the Hatch Act; and
