Whistleblower Lawyer Jason Zuckerman Will Speak on ABA Panel About Whistleblower Litigation

Whistleblower lawyer Jason Zuckerman will speak on a panel about whistleblower litigation at the March 16, 2016 ABA Employment Rights and Responsibilities Committee Midwinter Meeting. Zuckerman will speak on a panel that will explore challenging issues that arise when employees allegedly engage in misconduct in the course of engaging in protected whistleblowing.

In particular, this panel will focus on the removal by an employee of company documents, including confidential documents as well as privileged materials. The varying approaches of federal and state courts – along with relevant agencies – will be examined. Zuckerman will speak on this topic along with Stacey A. Campbell of Campbell Litigation, PC and Louis Lopez of the U.S. Office of Special Counsel, Washington, DC.
