Zuckerman represents whistleblowers in whistleblower rewards and whistleblower retaliation claims. For the past decade, Zuckerman has served as Co-Chair of the Whistleblower Subcommittee of the ABA Labor and Employment Section’s Employee Rights and Responsibilities Committee.
