Whistleblower attorney Jason Zuckerman will speak at the ABA Annual Labor and Employment Law conference on a panel titled State of Whistleblower Protection Laws after One Year of the Trump Administration.  The panel will address changes to whistleblower protection and whistleblower reward programs under the Trump Administration and provide an update on recent cases construing the whistleblower protection laws.
